Yes, absolutely! Setly is completely free to use. No subscription fees, no premium tiers, no hidden costs. Just sign in with Google and start tracking your workouts immediately.

Simply sign in with your Google account, create some exercises using the hamburger menu (โฐ), then start logging your workouts by clicking on exercises and adding sets with reps and weight.
Yes! For each set, you can log both reps and weight (in kg or lbs). The weight field is optional, so you can also track bodyweight exercises.
Each set has a small "ร" button you can click to delete it. For exercises, use the "Delete" button in the hamburger menu (โฐ). To remove all sets for an exercise on a specific day, use the "Delete" button next to the exercise name.
Yes! When you select an exercise, you'll see your recent history showing previous workouts. You can also change the date to view past workouts.
After you log a set, a rest timer automatically starts to help you track your rest periods between sets. You can stop it anytime by clicking the "Stop" button.
Google Sign-In provides the best balance of security and convenience. It's trusted by millions, requires no password management from you, and allows me to focus on building workout features instead of complex authentication systems. Plus, most people already have a Google account!

No installation needed! Setly works directly in your web browser. You can add it to your phone's home screen for quick access.
Yes! Your workout data is securely stored and only accessible to you. We use Google Sign-In for authentication and follow German data protection laws (GDPR).
Currently, data export isn't available, but it's planned for a future update. Your data is safely stored and you can always view your complete history in the app.

Yes! Logging each set individually gives you the most accurate progress tracking. You can see exactly how your performance changes over time.
Perfect! Setly is designed for this. Log each set with its actual reps - whether it's 12, 10, 8 or any other combination.
Absolutely! Just leave the weight field empty for bodyweight exercises like push-ups, pull-ups, or planks. Focus on tracking your reps and sets.
